- With the discovery of America, the Platonic tale of Atlantis became subject to countless studies. Starting from the 18th century some scholars have placed Atlantis in the Mediterranean. Within this line of study the island of Sardinia occupies an important place. This work summarizes the research that identifies Atlantis with Sardinia.
- Con la scoperta dell’America il racconto platonico di Atlantide diventa oggetto di innumerevoli studi. A partire dal XVIII secolo alcuni studiosi collocano Atlantide nel Mediterraneo. All’interno di questo filone occupa uno spazio non secondario l’isola di Sardegna. Questo lavoro sintetizza il processo di identificazione di Atlantide con l’isola sarda.
