Entre affectivité et initiative, les bases anthropologiques d’une éthique herméneutique

By following Ricœur’s perspective, this article aims to develop a reflection around the anthropological bases of ethics, or even, around an anthropological-hermeneutical conception of ethics. The author starts from an analysis of the key notions of affectivity and initiative to demonstrate how personal identity is formed via a hermeneutic course of emancipation as an ethical challenge. The capacity to become a person characterises Ricœur’s view on the human being. The person is the product of a process, within a difficult and contradictory dialectic between different instances.

Cet article se propose, tout en suivant une perspective ricœurienne, de réfléchir autour des bases anthropologiques de l’éthique, ou mieux d’une conception herméneutique de l’éthique. L’auteur part d’une analyse des notions-clés d’affectivité et initiative pour montrer comment l’identité personnelle se constitue à travers un parcours herméneutique d’émancipation qui se caractérise comme défi éthique. La capacité est la marque constitutive de la personne humaine chez Ricœur. Mais elle se produit dans un processus, dans une dialectique tendue et contradictoire entre différentes instances.
