- Le norme giuridiche positive sono quelle che promanano dagli organi esponenziali di una società organizzata. Esse esistono anche a prescindere dal consenso da parte dei consociati. Ogni norma giuridica deve, attraverso l'interpretazione, essere adattata al caso concreto in quanto è, nei suoi contenuti e non nella sua imperatività, un'identità flessibile. Il diritto peraltro si evolve nel corso del tempo, e muta la propria configurazione giuridica. Parole chiave: Norma giuridica, Flessibilità, Interpretazione.
