- Il contributo è stato proposto per la prima volta al convegno "Vittorio Alfieri: éditer, commenter, traduire" (Parigi, 16-17 febbraio 2018), di cui è pubblicata in questo numero di PEML la cronaca: https://riviste.unimi.it/index.php/PEML/article/view/10451 L’articolo presenta la nuova edizione critica in corso di allestimento dei due trattati politico-letterari di Vittorio Alfieri, Della Tirannide e Del Principe e delle Lettere. L’attenzione è focalizzata in particolare sul ms. Ferrero Ventimiglia, testimone inedito di una redazione intermedia avvenuta a Parigi nel 1789. Lo studio contribuisce alla ricostruzione della storia del testo, analizzando il rapporto fra il manoscritto e il primo abbozzo del 1777. The attention is focused, in particular, on the Ferrero-Ventimiglia manuscript, unpublished witness of an intermediate draft carried out in Paris in 1789. The study contributes to the reconstruction of the history of the text trough the analysis of the relation between the manuscript and the first draft of 1777.
