La biblioteca di Manzoni, uno dei grandi postillatori dell’Ottocento, è ora oggetto di un nuovo esaustivo censimento inteso a rilevare la presenza di postille e segni di lettura. Tutta la varia tipologia dei marginalia sarà presto accessibili sul nuovo portale Manzoni online, che offrirà agli studiosi nuove opportunità di ricerca. Lo studio saggia un versante poco esplorato di cui è ora possibile dar conto (quello delle ‘orecchie di lettura’), e attraverso questo fenomeno marginale, difficile da censire e valutare, tenta una ricostruzione delle modalità di studio e di schedatura, da parte del Manzoni, dei testi di lingua.
